As part of PREUSE, the City of Mechelen (BE), the Métropole du Grand Paris (FR), the City of Utrecht (NL) and the Municipality of Wiltz (LU) have each developed a Local Action Plan: a concrete, territory-specific roadmap for setting up or strengthening a public reuse centre for salvaged construction materials.
Built through a joint, collaborative process, each plan sets out its territory's context, objectives and planned actions. They are now available in full , together with their supporting annexes , as open-source resources for public authorities and building professionals across North-West Europe.
From Mechelen's regional scaling to the Grand Paris networked strategy, Utrecht's learning-by-doing depot and Wiltz's pioneering national pilot, the four plans offer complementary, replicable models for making reuse the new standard.
